Winter Fitness Training
Maintain and improve your physical fitness over the winter!
These training sessions will include: endurance, speed, agility and strength training with some ball work as well. Each session will have 40 minutes of fitness training followed by 20 minutes of small sided games.
Training will be led by Coach Liz Hunter, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Youth Exercise Specialist.
- Tuesdays and Thursdays
- November 30, December 2, 7, 9, 14, 16, 28, 30, January 4, & 6
- U11 and U12: 5:15 - 6:15pm
- U13 and Above: 6:30 - 7:30pm
- Old Aberdeen Elementary School Field; West Chapin Road in Aberdeen
- $100 for 5 Sessions
- $150 for 10 Sessions
