Winter Fitness Training
Maintain and improve your physical
fitness over the winter!
This five week fitness training program is designed to improve your endurance, speed, agility and strength with integrated ball work. Each session will have 45 minutes of fitness training followed by 30 minutes of small sided games.
Training will be led by Coach Liz Hunter, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Youth Exercise Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialist.
- Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays
- December 5, 6, 8, 12, 13, 15, 19, 20,
22, 26, 28, 29 January 2, 3 and 5
- U11 and U12: 5:00 - 6:15pm
- U13 and Above: 6:15 - 7:30pm
- Aberdeen Sports Complex
