Coach GG
Coach GG has been coaching with AC Sandhills for three years. Georgia Grace attended William Peace University where she also played collegiate volleyball. She is also a second-grade math teacher. She enjoys traveling with her family, being active, and going to local coffee shops! Read more about what Coach GG has to say about her love for coaching.
"I coach volleyball for the love of the game, the love of my players, and the numerous life lessons that can be learned through the game. I love coaching my players to become better people while helping them succeed athletically. Coaching is one of the most rewarding jobs in the world, regardless of how many wins you may have. Watching players grow into strong young adults is why I do it!
The ACS pillar that is most important to me is adversity. One of my mentors once told me that volleyball will eventually go away, but what will remain is the lessons learned through the game. Volleyball is a game of adversity, but so is life. Facing adversity head on while playing volleyball will eventually make it easier to face adversity in the real world.
I am so excited for another season at ACS and looking forward to the growth of my players both as athletes and people!"
