Coach Perkins
Coach Perkins is entering her second-year coaching at AC Sandhills. She is a senior at Union Pines High School who also played for AC Sandhills for five years. Outside of coaching, she is a nanny and enjoys reading and hanging out with friends. Check out what Coach Perkins has to say about the upcoming season.
"I am passionate about the game of volleyball. I love watching the girls grow as players, teammates and competitors throughout the season. Coaching is a way for me to share my love for the sport and all it has taught me!
Out of the four ACS pillars, adversity is the most important to me. Learning how to work through adversity with your teammates is useful outside of volleyball. The older you get the more adversity you face and learning how to overcome and/or cope with that adversity will help you become a better player and better person."
